I have around 30 years of career experience, as a lawyer in private practice and in governance inside some of Australia's most complex regulated organisations. I know how challenging it can be to make governance work effectively. I focus on practical solutions.
I've worked through major regulatory change, significant transactions, and periods of real governance complexity. Though this, I've come to believe that governance can and should be an accelerator.
I work with boards, company secretaries, and executives to understand governance challenges, provide insights, and design and implement tailored solutions that support more practical and effective governance and decision-making.
I work across all sectors, with particular expertise in financial services and APRA regulated entities.
